Contract Administrator - Warehouse Department  

Hours of Work  –  (Monday to Friday)


We are looking for a hands-on individual with previous experience of working in a busy office and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills combined with the ability to operate a busy contract at both office and warehouse level.

The role involves the daily management of the customers warehousing needs  including order processing, stock control, invoicing, arranging transport and dealing with any queries that arise on a day to day basis, therefore candidates must be able to work in an organised and efficient manner according to established procedures. The position requires excellent communication skills, regularly liaising with both the customer and other departments within Knights of Old to ensure a first class service is provided at all times.

Remuneration for this position is negotiable according to ability, flexibility and experience, benefits include life assurance, 20 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
