Warehouse Manager

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take control of our fast paced and dynamic warehouse and cross dock operation.  You will use your excellent management and organisational skills to ensure the cost effective and efficient running of the warehouse operation.

Working Monday to Friday and every third Saturday am, you will be responsible for the performance and motivation of over 30 employees on three shifts on all aspects of the warehouse function including KPI reporting, Health and Safety compliance and budgetary controls. As Warehouse Manager you will ensure that daily targets and service levels are met or exceeded whilst maintaining the companies’ first class reputation.

The ideal candidate will have previously managed the warehouse operation within a fast paced and time critical shared user logistics environment. It is essential that you will have experience of organising and overseeing order processing and picking, stock control, invoicing, arranging transport and dealing with any issues that arise on a day to day basis.

Remuneration for this position is negotiable according to ability, flexibility and experience, benefits include life assurance, 20 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
